Chartres Cathedral offers many historical and architecturally unique wonders. However, walking Chartres Cathedral within an expanded and balanced state of Consciousness makes all the difference, for many “spiritual” treasures are hidden there.

Building on Chartres Cathedral commenced some 800 years ago. The Knight Templars and the Cistercian Monks built the Cathedral as a sacred temple to “Our Lady” using the knowledge and spiritual powers contained within the “Ark of the Covenant”. They chose a specific location that had been for centuries a “sacred site”.

This site is “sacred” because it helps people to enhance their levels of spiritual and life force energy, as well as to gain a taste of the heightened State of Consciousness known as “Enlightenment”.
